REACH registration timeframes

REACH registration must be made within certain timeframes, depending upon the annual tonnage you manufacture in the EU and/or import into the EU.

REACH registration deadlines

1 June 2007	EU REACH Regulation entered into force
1 June 2008-1 December 2008 inclusive	Pre-registration
30 November 2010	REACH Registration deadline for high volume tonnages: greater than or equal to 1000 t/a greater than or equal to CMR 1 t/a R50/53 greater than or equal to 100 t/a
30 May 2013	REACH Registration deadline for medium volume tonnages: 100-1000 t/a
30 May 2018	REACH Registration deadline for low volume tonnages: between 1 - 100 tonnes
